The philosophy of Npahelpline.in is the veritable realization of the organizational objectives and aspirations of the banks and of the enterprises based upon the following principle In management, the first concern of the company is the happiness of the people connected with it. If the people do not feel happy and cannot be made happy, that company does not deserve to exist.” There is a vast difference between knowing the customer and understanding the customer. Our main maxim is to understand the customers, the banks and the financial institutions in their respective perspectives and also their prospectives because “Understanding is the first step to acceptance, and only with acceptance can there be recovery.” The banker customer relationship is complimentary to each other, not contradictory. If only the banker and the borrower can understand their respective roles, duties, responsibilities and how these are interconnected with their mutual welfare (in the correct perspectives), then only can there be a everlasting, enduring and endearing relationship. This philosophy of understanding, acceptance and their inter connectedness is very vital for the survival and progress of both the bank as well as the borrower.
